Q: Do you still sell leads?

A: NO!!! We only give away our leads to our agents within our agency. Our average agent writes over 100 policies per week because of our marketing systems. If you came here thinking you could buy leads, the answer is no. We are not a lead vendor.

Q: Are my Live Call Transfer Leads exclusive?

A: Yes! We won't share your leads or their information with anyone. The call transfer is exclusively yours and will forever be. Our system tracks which number you spoke to and for how long, and automatically removes them from remaining on the call list regardless of the outcome.


Q: Are you still offering Ringless Voicemail?

A: Not to agents outside of our hierarchy. This is to protect our liability as well as the agent liability in regards to FTC and DNC recent rulings that are related to the technology. Only on exclusively generated leads where the consumer has opted in, we use RVM technology to help schedule appointments and convert leads into appointments or live transfers to agents. We have no way to track who calls you back off of our RVM campaigns, only which numbers were left a voicemail.


Q: Do i need to have my cell phone on file?

A: No, we can place call transfers to any phone number you would like us to integrate into the system.


Q: Can I pause my Live Call transfer leads?

A: Yes, our system automatically detects when the phone number you used is currently busy. There is roughly a 15 second delay, however, so your next live transfer might come shortly after you get off the phone with your previous one.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: Only if the live transfer lasted less than 90 seconds. Because these leads are delivered in real time and go through our single or double-verification process, uninterested consumers have two opportunities to be placed on our DNC list. Sometimes grumpy complainers still get through to agents, and we are willing to replace the ones that last less than 90 seconds. RVM is non-refundable because we cannot track responses from RVM campaigns.


Q: I think my leads are coming in too slow; what happened?

A: If your order isn't completed within a reasonable amount of time or seems slow, email Andrew@LionPrideleads.com and we will evaluate the performance of the campaign. There may be a reasonable explanation that can be fixed, or because the campaign didn't perform because of a "bidding war" for the same audience.  


Q: Do you offer exclusive territories?

A: Yes. However, priority will always go to Lion Pride Financial Agents who work those territories.
 

Q: What happens if my lead is outside the age range?

A: Sell them a policy they can qualify for. If they are under the age of 45, they should still be able to get some sort of insurance product. If they are over the age of 90 and backdating isn't an option, we suggest to ask for referrals. We may be able to credit leads otherwise because our data provider provides a 99.9% accuracy guarantee. 

Q: Where do you run your campaigns?

A: United States only; if you receive a lead outside your preferred state then we will be able to credit that lead.

Q: Do you offer a buy-per-lead package? Buy-per-appointment?

A: Buy-Per-Appointment program has no-minimums. We must charge upfront for these appointments so we can pay our dedicated callers. Buy-Per-Lead and “Net 7 Billing” is only available for current Lion Pride Financial Agents.
